Precision Coatings focuses on the application of coatings for fittings, valves, ESP stages and manifolds / spools up to 25-feet in length.We apply fusion bonded epoxies, PTFE Coatings, Thermoplastic Coatings and Electroless Nickel.

Precision Lining Systems was established in 2010, to be able to compliment our range of protective coatings as well as give us strength in the production and recovery of CO2. GRE liners have strong performance results when used in steel tubulars used for CO2 injection / production as well as in SWD wells. Together with our lining systems, PLS is located in Odessa TX on 21 Acres, and also offers EMI inspection with a full range of tubing remediation services.

PRECISION COATINGS COMPANY PROFILE
Precision Coatings specializes in applying thin mil protective coatings for parts and equipment in the oil and gas industry. Historically, thick mil coatings like Corvel 1660 and 134 have been used to combat corrosion and abrasion in valves, fittings and manifolds, and although they have proven to be somewhat successful, parts coated with these coatings have constant failures in tight tolerance areas.
Our experience with these thick mil coatings, allowed us to focus on solving the failures that occur in these parts by using thin mil technology. Although the application is different to the conventional flocking techniques commonly used, we have proven that thin mil coatings have exceptional corrosion and abrasion abilities. These new coatings have been applied to parts including the threads and makeup areas, with no tolerance issues and have improved run times exponentially. Failures seen within six weeks have been improved using our coatings to several years and counting.
